Invicta Water finds 32 ppt PFAS in Tap Water, immediately Eliminates on Site

Invicta Water today applied its proprietary removal and destruction PFAS solution to drinking water straight from the tap, and in doing so, eliminated PFAS to non-detect within minutes.

Untreated water was taken from the tap in Burlington, North Carolina, and sent to a certified lab that utilizes both ASTM 1633 and ASTM D8421/EPA8327. The tap water was found to contain approximately 30 ppt of total PFAS, while containing 11 ppt of PFOA and 12 ppt of PFOS, the EPA’s recently designated hazardous substances.

Invicta Water applied its proprietary solution to the tap water, and sent the treated water samples to the same laboratory. The testing certified that all PFAS were destroyed cleanly in minutes to a non-detect level. Please refer to the Case Study referenced as PFAS Destruction in Drinking Water for more information.
